SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is only available to customers in the contiguous United States.  A customer may setup their own shipping arrangements by sending an email to contact@korerestoration.com and use the subject line: "Shipping Arrangements."  Customer will be responsible for all freight charges if customer arranges their own shipping.

Not all products are readily available to ship.  Most products will be shipped within 3 weeks, but because of the current environment some products may be delayed.  If shipping is expected to be longer than 3 weeks, we will include this information in an email to the email address you provide when placing an order.

From time to time, Kore Florence, LLC may provide an offer of FREE SHIPPING.  Free shipping will not always be available and when available may require a minimum quantity to qualify.

Products may be shipped using an LTL (Less-than-load) carrier.  For residential deliveries an LTL carrier with lift gate will be used unless other arrangements are made.  You, or an authorized individual, must be available to accept the delivery.  An attempt to contact you prior to delivery should be made by the delivery service to give you ample time to be available.

Please review your order before accepting the delivery.  If there are any issues (damage, incorrect product, etc.) please refuse the delivery and have the product sent back to us.  The products must be unopened and factory sealed in order for us to accept the return.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return the product due to "change of mind," we will accept the return if returned within 15 days of delivery.  Customer will be responsible for all return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee will apply.  Please email us at contact@korerestoration.com for a Return Authorization before returning any product.
